Shipping, Returns & Payment Policy
Your pack shipment
Ordered items are dispatched after receipt of payment and are delivered via airmail, unless otherwise agreed. If you prefer delivery by UPS an additional cost will be applied, so please contact me before choosing this method.
No "on approval" service is offered.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to destination and total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, to avoid multiple shipping costs.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns
Should you for some reason not be satisfied with the item(s) delivered, or if the item(s) ordered are damaged on delivery, you may return the item(s) within two (2) weeks after receipt of your goods. In such a case, please inform me in advance. Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered to you, and accompanied by the original label. Returns will be fully refunded, but return postage costs will be paid by sender. Returned items must be well packed and protected.
