Terms and conditions

Rule 1

Ordered items are dispatched after receipt of payment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to destination and total weight of the shipment.

Orders weighing less than 2 kg will be despatched as registered mail, heavier as parcel post.

No discounts and no "on approval" service available.

Rule 2

Return of purchased item(s) must be within two (2) weeks after receipt of your goods. Returned items must be in the same condition as when delivered to you, and with the original label. Returns will be fully refunded, but return postage costs will be paid by sender. Returned items must be well packed and protected.
